1. Products Our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are normal and not considered defects. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the item received.

2. Pricing & Orders All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.

3. Payment Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping Orders are shipped within the United States only. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for rates and estimated delivery times.

5. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges, and refund processing.

6. Limitation of Liability Just 2 Gals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question. Our products are for external use only unless otherwise stated — always perform a patch test before use.
